French for path or pathway ‘Sentier’ is part of every move we make. Rounding out the name with a grounded focus, ‘terre’ for earth, is arranged to provide the name Sentierre. Pronounciation sounds like Sen - TI - air.

DDRM Partners, led by Founder Stan Castleton, and its predecessor companies have been in the hospitality and residential development, management, and ownership business for 40 years worldwide. DDRM’s experience includes branded luxury hotels and residences with Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, Four Seasons, Edition, and many others. Responding to extensive research identifying needs in the market, Sentierre as a new health and wellness brand integrated with residences.

Before retirement, Alan Layton was the long-time CEO and significant shareholder of Layton Construction, a national contractor. Layton was the general contractor for the Four Seasons in Vail, the Montage in Deer Valley, and managed the last project delivery steps at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole.

Alan and his wife Leslie have owned this property in Padre Canyon for over 25 years. They reached out to DDRM to assist with executing their dream of creating an excellent family-oriented boutique resort hotel on this remarkable site.

The Layton’s and DDRM have formed a joint venture to deliver their vision as a Sentierre Resort.
